Digiteen Project 2007

Digital Citizenship Education...it sounds kind of boring at first when you hear it but it is a very beneficial part of education. Driving while you text is something that almost everyone does. I know I do and I know most of my friends do it. I have tried to cut back on doing it because I know it is unsafe. I think this would be a very beneficial video for students to watch, especially older one because they are the ones who are probably doing it the most. But it could also be used as a prevention tool by schools. I mean schools teach about drunk driving and doing drugs so this would be a good topic for students to start being taught about. I really like the video about students being aware of what they put on the internet. Students need to be aware that everything they put up on the internet can be seen by anyone at any time. Most students are probably unaware of this. I know I was unaware until very recently. I think these Digiteen videos would good tools for teachers to use in their classrooms. I have uploaded this video for everyone to watch.
